Email is the best way if you're not in a great hurry for a response - I only check it once or twice a day, but I'll respond in 24 hours or less. The telephone is absolutely out - I have teenagers..... but the best invention for this kind of communications yet is the Instant Messenger! With this form of contact I can help you while you work, looking at what you're looking at and helping as we go. I've helped many people learn to use their WebTV or PC and some of their programs this way.
